WHY
I run specific and individualised sessions, coaching sprinting mechanics, plyometrics and agility drills, in order to increase their running efficiency, their reaction time, change of direction skills and overall their speed during the game.
Speed training improves athletes overall speed and power and reduces their risk of injury during a race or game.
